Get ready to celebrate the holiday season in style with Bar Zazu, the prestigious cocktail bar and live entertainment venue located within Resorts World Las Vegas. Bar Zazu will transform into an elegant holiday-themed hot spot, adorned with festive decor, nightly live entertainment, and three exclusive holiday pop-up menus crafted by Executive Chef Nicole Brisson featuring new twists on traditional holiday dishes.
The three curated prix fixe menus are inspired by authentic heirloom family recipes and feature elevated interpretations of beloved seasonal dishes. Chef Nicole’s Italian American Christmas menu presents four courses, including Pasta e Fagioli, Marinated Seafood Salad, Ricotta & Spinach Manicotti, and Amaretto Cheesecake ($85 per person). It’s a White Christmas five-course prix fixe menu highlights indulgent, hearty dishes inspired by the season’s finest ingredients, including Tuscan Beef Tartare with Gnoccho Fritto, Winter Squash Sformato, Parmigiano Reggiano Risotto, Porcini Rubbed Scallops and housemade Fiore Di Latte Gelato with Glazed Figs ($295 per person). Guests celebrating Hanukkah can indulge in a special five-course menu featuring family favorites like Matzo Ball Soup, Classic Potato Latkes, Sephardic Local Mushroom Salad, Red Wine Beef Brisket, and Strawberry Bomboloni ($95 per person).
The holiday menus will be available from December 1 through December 30 accompanied by live music and glitzy festive decor.
